However, I have a good idea of what a leader should act like from observing leaders(oorp). The behavior and characteristics of a leader can be learned, I believe, to an extent.. - Calandra's Virtue has no prior leadership experience either. She will be eager to take on a leadership role, however. Lee will enjoy the fact she is a leader because it will increase her self-worth. - [+] sensible, courageous, determined [=] silent, non-ㅤㅤㅤcommittal [-] distant, distrustful, apathetic - Leni would be enthusiastic about this role. She would carry out her duties with grace and shape a favorable image with the choir. She would create this image by seeming sweet and helpful to the other members and Seraph, which would be a drastic change to her normal personality. She will also contribute to the vigor in which the group approaches the task of destroying the clans as well as actively participating in the task. Whilst chatting with others in the group, she will encourage them to collect internal information about clans. She will also engage in this practice by finding spies who convey reliable information which she relays back to Seraph's Halo. - Leni would accept this role since it would raise her self-esteem and the goals of the group align with her own. She has always felt like an outcast in larger groups since the others have pushed her out. However, the fact that she is given such a central role to this group flatters her and makes her feel important, for once. This is why she will swear to do whatever she can for the group. Lee also accepts the role since they want to harm the clans. Ever since the new clans moved in, they have only brought trouble. Skyclan's leader has done nothing about it, which angers her and she resolves to do it on her own if nobody else will. - I believe it could be great for Leni to grow into this role. Her personality is based on Kaz Brekker's and this means a huge part of her personality is being cold and not having any social skills. Being a leader will help her learn what it takes and also, achieve the greater purpose I have envisioned for her.
