Since scratch does not support backspace, you have to use the left arrow or the on-screen button to backspace. NOTE: the logic can sometimes mess up. For example, if the word is "grant" and you guess "trout", it will highlight the "t" at the end correctly in green, but it will also highlight the "t" in the front in yellow.
