She is trying to solve a case of serial k1lls. She was commissioned alongside a police officer by a really rich guy who was targeted and survived. Basically they do a bunch of investigating and learn a lot of stuff :/ I have been trying to figure out the entire story but basically the guy that commissioned them is the avatar of Gavius and the k!ller was trying to save the world by ending him. If you figure out who is the murderer I'll follow you (hint: they're mentioned in one of my animations after I posted this one) there are some clues in the art inside the project, but they don't add much context
