Idk if this is a nitpick but… for any other ibis paint users, does this happen to you as well? Because today, I just started to draw and accidentally clicked on an ad brush and it showed me this pop up. And I expected it to be „Watch ad to get brush for 4 hours“, „Pay premium and remove ads“, „no“… yk what I mean. However this time, they COMPLETELY CHANGED IT! That means, you can’t watch an ad to get all brushes for 4 hours. No. You only have two options now, you can either.. - Pay for premium membership Or… - Pay extra 9.99 euros just to remove the ads. (Idk how much money it is in your country, I did do like a calculation like 9.99€ in dollars would be $11.41 and in pounds £8.72. but that doesn’t mean it’s accurate, the price could depend in your country.) If you’re asking, no, you don’t have to pay 9.99 monthly just to have some ads removed, you only have to pay once. It’s a one time purchase. And the premium subscription is monthly while the ad removal is a one time purchase. But at the same time…. WHY!?!? IBIS PAINT X!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA JUST TO GET SOME DUMB ADS REMOVED AND GET THOSE BRUSHES?! IT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE! WHY R U GREEDY!?! WHY CANT I JUST WATCH AN AD AND GET A BRUSH!?! Ngl, i feel like Ibis paint x is getting more greedier. Like at first get premium or… you could watch an ad and have a brush for 18 hours. 18!!!! That was really nice and really generous.. later they changed it to 4 hours, which drove people insane, like myself. But got used to it. Now… YOU CANT EVEN WATCH AN AD FOR A BRUSH!?! Like.. AT ALL!?! YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY JUST TO GET SOME ADS REMOVED!?! I swear I can already tell that in the future, the ad removal will either be completely removed, meaning you can’t remove the ads for the brush and the only option is, that you have to buy premium to remove them.. which.. is a monthly pay…or the ad removal will be turned into an extra monthly pay… which…. NO. NO TO BOTH OF THESE! The problem gets even worse from there. Why? Well.. you can make custom brushes and ppl can get custom brushes by using a qr code and getting the brushes. So, why is that a problem? Hehe.. you have to watch an ad or pay premium to use those custom brushes once you got them from somewhere else because of the ad. But now since „watching an ad and getting the brush for 4 hours“ was removed. YOU CANT USE THEM!! This is a problem for someone who probably uses a lot of custom brushes made by other ppl (Ik cuz.. I am of them.) And I was going to use them later on as well! And it sucks! >:(( But hey.. I guess we can’t do anything about it, because eventually the app might be unusable due to their greediness like CapCut. But overall, I want to know if it’s just me or if it’s happening to everyone else, because it’s genuinely annoying. This is different from my usual projects, Ik. But I just wanted to know cuz it genuinely annoyed me, so sry If this rant is a bit badly explained. So, if you want more clarification on a few things, just ask!
