Welcome to Backward [HARDCORE]! The game requires you to die to win. Easy, right? Well, 'Not As It Seems!' You need to get hit by a laser 20 times to finally drain all your health and win. But beware! If you miss a laser, your health goes up by one point. If your health reaches 30, you lose. If you touch a health kit, then you will lose. AND, the controls are flipped too! Can you not only beat the game but also the global speedrun record? (The speedrun timer is at the top-left corner of the screen.) Controls:- Left/A to go right. Right/D to go left. BYA (Before You Ask):- Q. Why is the player movement so slow? A. That's intentional. This makes it harder to approach lasers that are further away AND to escape health kits, so your victory is almost entirely based on luck (unless you have pro skills). Q. Will there be an easier mode? A. If this reaches 20+ faves, then I'll consider adding an easier mode. Q. Looks like you've changed some things! What are they? A. Things I've changed:- 1) The game name (minor) 2) The thumbnail (minor) 3) Added speedrun timer 4) Added global record time Q. Why did you make a game that even you can't beat? A. Cuz' I'm an idiot! Wasn't it obvious?! Q. What if I beat the game without cheating? A. Then consider yourself a god. You deserve nothing less. B) Q. Why did you name this section BYA instead of FAQ, Mister Word Inventor? A. Cuz' nobody actually asked these questions but I didn't want players to insult me for 'skill issues' when most annoying game mechanics are intentional. So imma answer the questions Before You Ask.
