Some notes and etc :3 3rd place for the mermaid gets to keep the design they drew not the mermaid oc I drew because they look really different. Spoilers for who wins U also might be wondering why @-likegold- got 2 ocs 1. the drawings were my favorite entry for both of those characters 2. in the notes of the actual DTA it says "5. you might be able to win more than one :3" which means u can win more than one oc so ye (might is not the same as not :P)
