rules - only recolors - dont change the btools to something else idk - only milestone skins (those are not being done eventually not on release) - Only make more than 1000 skins - level can only be 25 50 75 or 100 because those aren't milestone levels btw im accepting every skins for now so no (other skins will get added if i dislike them
