Full Screen for Better Quality rip scratch ruining the quality... Notes on my design choices below vvv I am very interested in spirits and monster folklore so I decided to join this, as I think this oc would be a lovely addition to my series "Hidden World". (Comment if you wanna know what that is :)) The first thing i noticed as that it was definitely Asian inspired, but was left quite vague as to what specific creature and place it was from. So I decided to pick myself, originally I decided to go with a Japanese dragon before doing a bit more research and finding a water spirit named "Mizuchi". Mizuchi look very similar to dragons but are actually Yokai and behave very differently from the usually benevolent dragons. I intended from the beginning for this character to be an unpredictable trickster so it fit quite well. The next thing was the clothing, it was hard to see fully but it had looked like a kimono, so I went with a classic yet flamboyant middle class kimono and haori combo. I chose the composition I did because when I first saw the design I envisioned it looming over you, I didn't depict this the best but I do still like it and hope you do too!
