For what I’ve heard this is almost like a prototype of Tokyo Mew Mew, where it’s one girl saving the world. Also this was made in 1999, before the then known manga and anime Tokyo Mew Mew was created. This is an rather dark manga according to some websites, and when it was shown, it lead to the creator having to change a lot of stuff in it, and as such was what would be what everyone would now known of the anime Tokyo Mew Mew. It was however translated into English as a Bonus Chapter in Volume 4 of the Tokyo Mew Mew Manga Book. Note: Due to mistranslation errors Bagu is mistranslated as Baku. In my opinion it’s an interesting manga despite being short. But it will be getting it’s desire soon…since @TheAnimeandCatLover- told me about this and showed me this I was immediately interested to the point I came with the idea of wanting to try to adapt it into an animated mini-series(I won’t be able to make the actual characters like the manga be good, so I’ll have to improvise with something else to make this work). This will follow the plot of the manga itself(with some improvements put into the dialogue from the manga). I expect to begin animating episode 1 of this mini series by December(alongside with @TheAnimeandCatLover-, after my first semester of college). I expect to be finished with developing the mini series by Autumn of 2026(though there may be chances of delays if possible). Don’t rush me to get it done right away as I want to focus on getting through the first semester of college. Note: Yes I know is has kissing and the word itself in the manga in which that Scratch hates(however this is an manga, you really think they would really care much about this, no clue[I just hope I don't get caught in the act]), don't worry the adaption won't feature that at all. Also it’s not even animated so how would this count as something wrong to be posted on Scratch.
For more information about this short manga, go here: https://tokyomewmewpower.fandom.com/wiki/Tokyo_Black_Cat_Girl Yes this was made in 1999. And is shown to be a prototype of some sort. (I had to get the screenshots from my iPhone 8 and had to sign in to get all of the pages.)
