No, they don't have cellphones, computers, etc. -Unlike the AO currently, the Outskirts actually has some slang. This includes (but is NOT limited to): "What a gully" - that was anticlimactic; how disappointing. "Stray" - general insult, similar to idiot or dummy. -If/when the outskirts gets a coolio symbol thing, it'll probably be something similar to the mockingjay from the Hunger Games. -i have too many favorite character from the lunar system it goes much farther than lemon and bistre haha now time to hint at the next faction with something stupid and vague Simple words on a paper can mean a lot to one person, they can mean nothing to another, and they can mean everything to someone else. it'll probably come out in March okay
