I made this masterpiece on procreate. A great drawing app. It costs money to install, but you never have to use any more money unless it’s for separate apps or brush sets. It’s also only available on IPad, but it is an AMAZING art app, and I definitely recommend trying it out! There are also many tutorials, especially on YouTube. It includes many helpful settings, brushes, and other tools. Again, the name of the app: ProCreate.
