Set your start frame automatically instead of having to wait for cycles to line up each time, and skip the wait on watching replays with long waits. To use, just start a level OR press F in a level and input the frame you would like to start on. Restarting also puts you at the desired frame (make sure to restart after pressing F). Also, when loading replays with waits, this project automatically simulates the waiting so you can go straight to watching. Accepted as a VALID speedrunning tool after a vote.
