DO THE TUTORIAL --scroll down for controls (or press T while in game)-- unlockables/badges: (don't forget to remember your save code to save your progress) acrobat: jump a total of 15 times (unlocks ROCKET BOOTS, hold Q or V to ascend, orange bar represents fuel) parkour pro: find the blue cube after jumping over several obstacles (unlocks air jump, can be paired with wallclimb to go higher, the faster you go the better, you will see the wallclimb bar become yellow) faller: fall 60 pixels in a row (wallclimb upgrade) PRO TIP: fall from very high long jumper: successfully perform an afterboost long jump 2 times (unlocks grappler and velocity converter, switch in between the two with H, instructions for grappler will be found in simple controls and velocity converter in advanced controls) PRO TIP: do the tutorial before trying to get any badges afterboost boost: touch the mysterious red cube that is hidden around the map (a lot better than normal afterboost) better momentum: get all the previous badges (makes your momentum bar bigger, so more speed) SUPERSONIC: gain absurd velocity/ go at really high speeds! E - velocity converter (unlocked with long jumper badge) (just press H to switch in between the grappler and the vel converter) (convert by pressing E when you get X velocity or Y velocity, this gear has 2 modes, Y boost, which will convert X velocity into Y velocity, and X boost, which will do the opposite, these modes can be switched with B, they will show 1 for Y boost and 2 for X boost) you can also use grappler in the direction of the wall (if you are touching the wall) to go inside it (totally not my amazing wall collision skills), so you can restock your wallclimb ammo with that L - teleport to free run map O - see what you have unlocked so far (glove is for the faller badge) P - disable badges (no upgrades/gears) 0 - show speed stats, x velocity, and y velocity (can be turned off by pressing 0 again) 5 - debug mode (shows hitboxes for long jumps, wall climbs, and jumps) TECHNIQUES (weird stuf): high jump - gain momentum, long jump, then grapple upwards. while going upwards, air bounce (air jump while going upwards).
songs made by me (THIS PROJECT IS POORLY CODED, I used it to learn how to code in scratch further, a revamped version will come out at one point) this project was inspired by roblox parkour reborn alpha --UPDATE LOG-- 1.00 (farewell)- i'm officially DONE with this game (I know this is not how versions work but idc). fixed the lethal bug, and created another, which isnt actually that bad. i will now focus my attention onto my upcoming project, which is currently named ASCEND (will probably change the name)ps: I didnt. I've learned from my mistakes and will fix bugs AS SOON as they are present! (and fix collisions). I might make a cube parkour revamped one day, but not now, as I am sick and tired of updating and working on this project :D. 0.sadface (sad update) - while trying to rework collisions, I accidentally deleted a crucial script, I plan to try to fix my lethal problem soon meanwhile, the game is not going to be shared, and it wont be the same afterwards. 0.9 - "zoomed out" the game. had to change everything to 70% of its original value. (pain). fixed a lot of bugs (main ones are still present since if I fix them I have to fix a thousand more :P) 0.81 (GUI update) - changed how long jump works (momentum-wise). revamped tutorial and controls GUI [T]. revamped momentum GUI. added timer to when starting GUI ends. made wallclimb and long jump hitboxes bigger for easier maneuvering. added GUI customization! Improved wind effect, now spins when falling too fast, and is smoother. ADDED DEATH (if you fall too far you will be reset to spawn, but if you fall a lot but not too far, you will just get an impact screen and lose velocity) 0.751: Changed how the character flows through the screen.
