my splatoon hyperfixation is back so it's time to yap so i noticed 2 cool but really tiny details while playing regarding playable inklings / octolings !! first of all, it turns out their skin is slightly translucent ^^ ! if you turn your character's back to a light source (ex: the sun in alterna) and then look at their fingertips (or forearms if you don't have the full hero suit on because it appears there too) and it will look like if you were to put your thumb over a flashlight but on a bigger scale !! not really an insane detail but cool nonetheless :3 ! 2nd is that your hair glows when stepping on your ink ! i noticed this in the ammo knights testing chamber and it's very subtle but if you pay attention to your hair while stepping on and off your ink in kid form you can notice the hair faintly glowing while standing on the ink and then going back to normal on non-covered ground :DD and that's all i've unearthed right now but i love finding tiny little details like that so i just wanted to share with the class <3 have a good rest of your day :33 art is mine ^^ song is smeared canvas (grandfest remix) !!
