Okay, so apparently, Youtube has come up with a new AI that determines your age by what you watch. This endangers Indie series, since they need the merch and stuff to even continue, but this is also kind of ridiculously easy to bypass. You could just not watch it on the same account, like how I don’t have an account so every time I come back it’s absolutely deleted all the videos I have watched. It’s also ridiculous because YouTube doesn’t ban bots with SUS profile pics, but will use a literal AI to determine age. I get that you wanna protect little kids but that way too far. Like, if you wanna protect the children out there can you at LEAST ban really bad content creators that target children? Youtube was fine before, now it sucks.
