I believe the mechanics of the characters are simple enough to remember from the phone calls, but just in case, here: -Rob- He will start on the main stage and advance through the second and fourth (from left to right) cameras. When he's not on camera and white, glowing eyes appear at your back door, shut said door. -Polly- Polly will start off hidden in the vent. She will occasionally bang on the walls of the vent. On the fourth bang, she will arrive at your front vent - shut the door to keep her out. -Bambo- Bambo will start off completely hidden from view. He will eventually move to the third (from left to right) camera, then your back window of the testing room. He can only be seen in the testing room if the light is ON. To make him leave, flash the light switch a few times quickly. -Hagen- Hagen is a combination of Bambo and Rob; however, he will not appear on any cameras - audio cues are much more important, and he can only be seen in the window if the light is OFF. He is signified by a red eye. -Mars- Since he knows his way around the vents, unlike Polly Panther, each sound cue he makes means he's at your office. Shut the door quickly to make him leave.
