Binder is the Holy Guardian sent by an other-worldly universe to help protect Earth and Heaven from a catastrophic event called "The Great Demisery". He wields high tier Holy Magic that is greater than those from Heaven, and uses it in battle to help eradicate higher-tier enemies that neither Pantie and Stocking or Scanty and Kneesocks can kill.
