Part one: dark circles - I think that natural dark circles under peoples eyes look so pretty! I feel like it gives off a chill vibe and makes ppl want to meet u :) I personally love how it looks so I decided to draw it on an oc. Every time someone gives me an insecurity to draw, I make an oc!!
