territory... ............ the waterfall dynasty is in a beach, where crabs, fish, and birds live. the camp is in a cave, from which comes a waterfall. climbing is an important skill here. roles... ............... the guardian.. the guardian must protect the dynasty with their life. although they're pretty much the leader, they still have to follow the rules and traditions as any other member. their suffix is crown. heir.. the heir is the cat who will receive the throne next. their suffix is shine. they may challenge the guardian whenever they'd like. *note: the heir has to be the guardian's biological kit. other heirs are the other kits of the guardian who are like backup heirs. healer... healers are cats who are responsible for healing, and any healer who fails to heal cats will be exiled. healers don't have any contact with the afterlife. their suffix can be anything. pathfinder.... pathfinders find more territory for the dynasty and are like messengers. they send news to other cats and dynasties. their suffix is path. sharks.. sharks are the most skilled warriors of the dynasty. they are respected and get the most prey. catfishes.. catfishes are warriors and hunters of the dynasty. if they are stong enough, they can become sharks. their suffix is usually beach related [like -shore,-pearl,-wave,-seashell, etc.] minnows.. minnows are kits under 12 moons old. they stay in the camp all the time. when they become 12 moons, they become a catfish and learn things themselves. their suffix is minnow. traditions... ............ new traditions and rules can be made by the guardian. whenever a minnow becomes 12 moons, the guardian takes them to a big lake in the territory. the minnow's task is to swim from one side of the lake to the other. if it survives, they will be taken to a cave. when a minnow is taken to the cave, they will be left there for a few days. then they return and are given their new rank and name. when a heir wants to challenge the guardian, the whole dynasty gathers in the middle of camp to watch the guardian and the heir fight. if the heir loses, a new heir is picked. if the guardian loses, the heir and the healer travel to the secret cave to make the heir the guardian. rules... - the heir is not allowed to escape in the challenge. punishment: heir dies. (punishments can be changed by the dynasty leader.) - only the pathfinder may leave the territory. punishment: exile. - healers are not allowed to have kits. punishment: healer dies. - cats may not have relationships with cats outside of the dynasty. punishment: chores/low prey priority/exile - the guardian's partner is not supposed to be known. extra info... .......... the waterfall dynasty worships the sun. they believe that the sun gives them their strength and power.[code is sun] when a minnow or heir is taken to the secret cave, they will ponder about their future, what they should become. the heir is announced when all the guardian's kits are 12 moons. the guardian can pick any of their kits to be the heir.
