When I was five, one of my brother’s friends thought that Bangladesh and Japan were the same thing. Apparently because the flag was the same. So, the Bangladesh flag is green with a red dot slightly off center, and the Japan flag is white with a red dot in the middle. The friend told my brother, “So, you’re from Japan right?” My brother said no, and said that he was only born there. And his friend said something about my brother telling him that his family was from Japan, so my brother was confused. Turns out, he had shown his friend a picture of the Bangladesh flag, and the kid only remembered that there was a big red dot on it. That kid saw the Japanese flag some time after and thought they were the same thing. After my brother explained, this guy just said: “huh. So that’s why you don’t look Japanese.” This kid was a few months younger than my current age.
This has no purpose. There is no moral.
