as far as i know its impossible for a round 1 TKO/KO, so what you have to do is buffer his frame 1 punch, hold block through his speech, dodge his uppercut and STANDING HERE, I REALIZE till he's at a sliver of hp, then you have to dodge the rest of his punches till he starts throwing bald bull type jabs, dodge two of them then get hit by exactly 4 of them, then get hit by only ONE hook to put yourself at a sliver, then dodge the rest of his attacks. in round 2, get downed immediately, it starts the cutscene where you get Jetstream Don's boxing gloves, after that all you have to do is perfectly dodge and counter all his attacks. And when he does his fast punches after moving his feet around, its exactly 7 punches then one of his IKO uppercuts, so block 7 times and then dodge in the right direction.
