Q3: First person POV, second person POV, or third person POV? A: First person. Q4: Do you have a favourite author? If so, who? A: Rick Riordan, Chris Colfer, and Marie Lu. Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: Maybe as a side hobby... Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: Just keep writing. If you stop, you'll probably forget about it for a year. Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: Unfortunately, yes. Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: No, I don't know how (and I'm kinda scared to...) Q9: What's your favourite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: I like the hero's journey. Q10: What's your inspiration? A: Books I read and conversations with friends. Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: No, I can't draw. Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: Story writing, 100%. Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? A: Fiction. Q14: What's your favourite book/series? A: The Land of Stories, Heroes of Olympus, or Legend. Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: Yes. Q16: What about reader's block? A: Yes. Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: Not really. Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: Yes, if I work up enough motivation to write them. Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: Unrealistic. A: Mix of both. Mostly on a google doc, but I'll plot stuff during classes on paper. Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? A: IDK, work on editing previous work and take a break from your current story? Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: I've enjoyed writing for about three or four years now. Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? A: No, I only have two. Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? A: Yeah, but most of them I've quit. Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? A: Actually writing it. Q28: Do you do journaling? A: Yes. Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc A: Lots of different ways. Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: Yes. Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? A: Only for school assignments. Q32: Have you roleplayed with your characters before? A: No. Q33: Do you think you take way too long planning what to write instead of actually writing? A: YES!!! Q34: What's your favourite part when editing? A: Probably the part where I finish the actual editing. Q35: What's your least favourite part when editing? A: Actually doing it. Q36: How long have you been writing? A: On again off again for the past couple years. Q37: Have you tried writing in a new way before? A: Not really, unless you count different genres. Q38: What, in your opinion, is the most fun theme to write about? (not genre. A theme is like war, coming of age, good vs evil, family, etc) A: I'm not sure. Q39: Have you written characters with sad backstories? A: Yes. Q40: Have you ever written yourself in a story? A: No. Q41: Do you usually unintentionally make a side character more interesting than a main character? A: Occasionally, most of the time I give everybody a lot of lore. Q42: Have you ever written a character as something other than a human? A: Yes, but only for short stories. Q43: Have you ever written the main character as the villain before? A: No, but I want to. Q44: What's your favourite things to put in stories? (things you personally find entertaining to read/write) A: I really like developing backgrounds for characters. Q45: Have you written romance before? A: As a side plot. Q46: Do you put life lessons in your stories? A: Sort of, most of the time unintentionally. Q47: What's your favourite character from a book?
