- - - - - - - - READ, SHARE, DO WHATEVER... - - - - - - - - So... where to begin... For the past while I've kind of noticed the decline of currently worked on Sonic fan-games on scratch, even the biggest of their type (remakes) have become more rare to see, and the ones that are still alive only have a couple of people still working on them... And since there seems to be a big disconnection between people on whether or not these projects are possible, I think there's no better time than now to discuss this problem as a community. Now the goal of this isn't to get a definitive answer to the debate, as it really varies per project due to a multitude of factors, but rather to gain insight into the projects themselves and the accounts of those who worked on them, why they were created, why they faced the problems they did, why the project was abandoned in favor of another project, so on and so fourth. And who knows, if the discussion gets interesting enough... I might just make something out of it... If you care about the discussion, share it around please!
