-WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS- I am back with another MAP!!! woop dee doo--- *COUGHS* sooo my first 3 MAPS didn't work out, but I have high hopes for this one :) This is a Palette MAP, so that means...follow the palette! Rules: - It's a villain MAP, but anti-heroes are also allowed -You can use what I like to call "flash frames" in your part. "Flash frames" are those frames of animation that flash for a second and typically include the lighting or character changing. There is a flash frame in the TN (idk what the actual word for it is though *coughs*) - You have three weeks to do the part. I'm being strict here because i really don't want this MAP to die! SO do your parts or get kicked. - You can ask for a week extension. If i see a WIP your deadline will be extended by a week. - DON'T ASK FOR THE PART IF YOUR NOT GONNA DO IT. - Anyone can make a thumbnail, just ask! - If you don't get the part, I will let you know. I am taking semi-experienced to experienced. Please don't beg me for a part. - You can use OCS or a fandom, but the art MUST BE YOUR OWN - AMV please. you can use a little bit of PMV, but please mostly AMV. -Pls use 1 sprite!!! -Bl00d is allowed, but keep it mild, bc i don't want this soon to be AWESOME MAP to get taken down I actually love villain maps...ok that's enough yapping
