UPDATE: This now takes place after Super Paper Mario's events (because I'm using the new design). Rules: Like most NPCs, Tennos is Mario's height (and Mimi's height, so he's about 5'1".) Tennos has time and ice magic - you're better off not fighting him. No one knows he was a thief anyway... The location is Lineland, 1-1, in Flipside. (He's there for a visit :D
