Before you starting going on about bu..but Pakku-Man and Mariano still have an Up-B cancel!!1! Yes I’m very aware that they have Up-B Cancel’s but those moves do not cover the ledge they are hanging on I’m looking at this from a purely statistical and offensive standpoint, by the way if there’s an N next to a character that means they cannot perform this technique above the ledge and similarly if there’s an Y next to a character that means they can perform the technique above the ledge, side note M is on Commander Eagle because @GateKeppeK-er has claimed that he got a Up-B cancel with Commander Eagle but he didn’t track/specify how much hitstun the opponent had endured but theoretically it should be +34 on hit M stands for “Maybe” by the way.
Psykid is in 1st place at a whopping +8 frames to act! Road Combatant comes in at 2nd place with a generous +2/3 frames to act before the opponent! And “surprisingly so” Spacedog with -5 frames until he can act! Commander Eagle’s Up-B cancel is here in spirit.
