this is dovah in his rage form which is faster but weaker than his insanity form but both are so fast that dosent really matter much as moving faster than the speed of sound is like moving in slow motion for them because he can do that in base form without even trying and in base form can move faster than time also this isn't his full rage form and this is known as rage form sign which is basically like false ssj which is why he is shown flicking in and out of rage form sign this happens just after he figures out his wife is dead and the backround looks like that because he destroyed reality and the empty white void outside of reality which is literally so empty its an extension of destruction itself the reason you see the insanity form afterimages in the backround is because his animosity or rage form is an extension of the insanity form that trades power for speed and when he goes rage form he automatically switches to insanity form everytime a punch connects for the power whereas he stays in rage form for the speed boost
