You will get a card on the middle of the screen. You can decide with the arrows on screen whether to send it to the left pile, or the right pile. Once you choose that, you can put your next card on the right pile if it is bigger than the one on the left pile. In short, for example, item 1 on the left list must be lower than item 1 on the right list. Same with items 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
This is one of the most complicated playing projects I have ever done. Good luck learning the rules!
