Kinda looks like that girl from The Ring but less dead. Tired blue eyes, and slightly grown out nails - Neutral - Skittish, timid, sleepy. Will try escaping cause she'd rather be in the woods than be here. Within a mile radius, forces people to sleep until she leaves - N/A - Mother [DECEASED] Father [MISSING] Caretaker [POSITIVE] - a spritely anomaly who's mother died at birth. The house caretaker raised Carnis when her father went missing, until the caretaker fell asleep. Carnis tried waking them up, and called the police about it. But they fell asleep too. She panicked and fled into the woods. Experiments with this anomaly requires permission and unpermitted violence from a personnel towards XY-1137 will result in a 3-day prisoner work, along with needing to work with a Nihil Class anomaly 3 times. XY-1137 must wear a power-limiting bracelet at all times. In case of breach, a designated and permitted anomaly may come and subdue her.
