This is Randall (Munroll). He is a dice. He likes all numbers from 1 to 6 equally.
This was made for the Scratch Design Studio competition using Inkscape. It was a Vector but Scratch changed it so I exported it as a PNG. Thanks to @Kongu84 for the surname!
