Zipenal (from GCA Episode 27) is the MAIN VILLAIN. The thing he said was taking control over the timeline when it wasn't supposed to, HE WAS REFERRING TO GEM. He plans to eradicate Gem from the timeline. He is also very power-hungry and occasionally wreaks havoc on other universes and planets too and must be stopped. I'm sorry for spoiling GCA, I just couldn't hold it in any longer.
