public alpha, subject to change the only characters right now are base tubbies lol. but feel free to shove stuff in your backpack, add new backgrounds/tubbies, change their needs, anything! (scroll…) INSTRUCTIONS: - Your tubbies will get hungry over time! Some tubbies get hungrier faster and need to be fed more often. Don’t let their hunger reach the maximum. - Sim 1 will tell you when it wants food. Sim 2 will try to feed itself, but flowers aren't so filling. You mostly need to keep an eye on them both and their needs by yourself! - Hovering over a tubby with your mouse will specify their feelings! - To feed a tubby, drag your mouse over to the top of your screen, which opens your inventory! Click on food to pick it up, then click again when the food is in reach of a hungry tubby, i.e. the sprites are touching. If the food is not in reach of a hungry tubby, you'll just end up dropping it. - Dragging your mouse over to the bottom of the screen will open the “your tubbies” menu! From here you can click on a tubby’s icon to select them. To go back to having nobody selected, click on the icon of the selected tubby. - Click anywhere on the background and the click menu will pop up! A tubby must be selected to do this. Click on the background again when you want this menu to go away. - From the click menu, you can tell your selected tubby to do something! You might be met with refusal when dealing with certain tubbies. If a teletubby is complaining of hunger or another unmet need, they may only walk one step. - Clicking the “walk here” button in the click menu will tell your selected tubby to go towards the spot you clicked! - Click on a tubby to pet them! Most tubbies will love it, but others find it irritating. Teletubbies can currently: - be pet - be fed (if hungry) - forage (sim 2 only) - pass away (if neglected) - talk to each-other - wander around
there is a variable for happiness/mood that I am currently working on adding to the game properly. the code inside each tubby is still a bit of a mess, sorry about that x_x (scroll...) Teletubbies is a show created by Anne Wood and Andrew Davenport. This is also where the species comes from! Art and coding by me ().
