but this isnt completely how springs work... next the damping factor of the spring comes into play. this damping factor is pretty much just the amount of mechanical energy that is being transfered into sound and thermal energy making this springs bounce up and down forever due to gravity so we then take away the damping factor from our forces and boom bada bang... springs!
