I've decided to start posting some of the dishes and recipes I've made throughout my culinary journey here. To share with you guys that enjoy to cook! Some I made for assignments, some from inspiration, and some from me just throwing together ingredients like an idiot. I do promise though the recipes I'll be posting are all going to be absolutely delicious! (Well most of them)
To start out I have a super simple dressing recipe (It can be a little powdery though, because this was one of my first dressings) 1/4 cup organic red wine vinegar. 1 cup avocado oil. 1/2 tablespoon paprika. 1 tbsp lime juice. 1 tbsp water. Mix these first five ingredients well. Continue by adding saffron powder - I recommend 5 saffron threads, make sure to use a motor and pestle for this step. Then add in a little salt and pepper to taste. Make sure to mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before consumption. I enjoy this dressing on a wedge salad, which is basically a quarter of an iceberg lettuce head, aka wedge.
