WASD or arrow keys to move, mouse to move on mobile. The objective of the game is simple. Avoid infected people (the red dudes) and collect cure and prevent your infection percent (the bar on the top left) from reaching it's full. The infection rate shows the rate people get infected meaning the game gets harder the more you play.
