First one is a Water themed superpowered person, I haven't decided if they are evil or not. Second is a person who has poison powers so uncontrollable their face melts, they are a villain. Third is a weird ghost thing, I've been looking into how to design more spooky characters for a game, but all I keep making is silly little guys, if you have advice for scarier stuff, please tell me ＞﹏＜
