This game is an open world so you can continue going in all directions, however the compass can guide you; if your MapX or MapY is beyond 10, 0, or below -10 boss locations cannot be found. Also, If you go far enough, you might even find stronger enemies that give more light cores. The map now is a visual feature and is very nice To see the thumbnail (I’m not sure why you would want to?) press “T” in the start menu
