From late 2013 to early 2019, an Internet user named "LeEPICPRODUCTIONSManProductions" made various online works showcasing miscellaneous things related to stuff he liked. He was known for putting an intro and outro to every piece of content he made, featuring various copyrighted characters and the song "Overtime" by Cash Cash. In 2016, he uploaded perhaps his most notable work yet: a crowbar sound effect from the video game Half-Life sandwiched between his usual intro and outro. This attracted attention from all over the Internet, particularly after it was referenced on an online forum thread discussing young people on the Internet. Sadly, this led to many people in the comments mocking his work, criticizing the fact that the intro and outro had more substance than the main content. Despite this, LeEPICPRODUCTIONSManProductions would continue uploading content of varying quality until 2019, when he was hit with various copyright strikes regarding the copyrighted content he often put into his work and was shut down. Much of his content is lost to this day. Strangely, even though it garnered so much attention, the 2016 production featuring the Half-Life crowbar sound effect appears to not have been properly archived. However, memory has served us well enough to create reconstructions of the work. This project is based on the firsthand account of an Internet user who remembered watching the original work back in 2018, about a year before it disappeared. Not all details in this reconstruction may be accurate, but it may be the closest thing to the original for the time being. When/if the original is uncovered, we may find out just how close we really were.
