"Galaxy" is a Silkwing-Nightwing hybrid who was born under one full moon, getting enhanced prophesy powers. However, he is blind, deaf, and can only speak in riddles with strange words attached, so none can understand him. He shows the prophesy he sees on tapestry's, the most beautiful in the land. His scales are dark blue and purple, swirling in on each other, speckled with little white scales. He also has a very strange ability to alter the color of the silk that comes out, and even though he can't see it in any way, the colors change when they need to. His mother's name is Glint (Silkwing), and his father's name is Star (Nightwing).
