M-GO is not trademarked anymore, but just in case, it was owned by Dreamworks Animation and Technicolor, then Fandango bought it, so Fandango owns full legal rights to M-GO. In fact, the trademark for M-GO was abandoned so you can do whatever you want with the brand nowadays.
