ВМС Тризуб, Хрест, Мавка Space | $ 2.832 billion USD, ₴ 20.82 billion Hryvni First indigenous Atirite aircraft carrier, delivered in 1985, 1991, and 2007 by Nibulon Shipyard, assisted by Black Sea Shipyard. It was originally designed to be powered by a nuclear reactor, with enriched uranium from Tanakvik; plans fell through and a modified steam-to-gas converted turbine derived from the Kuznetsov's was quickly chosen. The Tryzub is the lead ship of the class, with the second being the Khrest. The 2007 delivery was of the nuclear-propelled Tryzub, called the Mavka. The Tryzub is 315 meters long and 78 meters wide, carrying a contingent of 60-75 aircraft. It displaces 88,000 metric tons.
