inst_01 Story = Fiction, don't go thinking i'm spreading lies Story Below; Read After Playing Story: Once back in 2013 I found a weird game on the scratch home page, it had nothing on the picture except for the default scratch cat in the default blank background. the game was called "game_01" and I decided to click it. When I got to the project page, the creator was named "test_account_01". I assumed this was just some project that had nothing in it, and not even the instructions or notes and credits were anything interesting other than following the same formula of the title; inst_01 and nac_01. I got even more curious, so I pressed the green flag and put it in fullscreen. The game was what the thumbnail showed; scratch cat in a blank background. But I noticed I could move, so I started moving around aimlessly; I was bored, okay? Then suddenly I noticed a smudge-like object on the background, so I clicked it, and the wall broke off to reveal a weird dark room behind it. so I moved scratch cat into the room, and I was met with a full dark room lit up only by a small flashlight. curiosity got the better of me, so I walked around aimlessly again, until I found out there were other rooms; but then when I tried to go back, I realized the way back was covered up by rocks. So I kept moving forward, and was met with another room, but this time there was no other rooms left to go through. I walked around aimlessly again, but then stopped as I saw a corrupt version of scratch cat on the floor, and then I saw white eyes go across the room. I told myself I was just imagining things, but then suddenly lights came on in the room and then I saw a pitch black shadowy scratch cat figure with white eyes run towards my character, so I tried to run; it didn't work. Scratch cat got corrupt too, and then lie on the floor like the rest of the scratch cats in the room, and then a red message appeared on my screen "YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE" And then I pressed the stop button; I was afraid what might have happened next. After that I couldn't find the game again. I tried going through my browsing history but it was gone; what if I wasn't really supposed to see that game? Was it possibly a game made by some anonymous individual, or was it a game Scratch themselves made as a test game that wasn't supposed to see the light of day? We may never know.
