I was bored, so I decided to make a project dedicated to one of my fav childhood franchises, Yo-kai Watch (which is definitely NOT a Pokémon clone, I’m pretty sure Pokémon wasn’t even the first franchise to be centred around catching creatures) But yeah, Yo-kai Watch was a pretty big deal for me growing up. I remember watching a TV advertisement for the toy when I was like 7 and having to do lots of boring chores in order to get it, and also being really surprised when I found out there was an anime on Cartoon Network (it was like the first anime I ever watched). I even got the video game as a birthday present a few years ago, but I didn't manage to beat it until last year. Ah, good times. Even though I am now older and have started to notice how nonsensical some aspects of the franchise are (such as an old man being able to see Yo-kai despite not having the watch), I have started to become interested in Yo-kai Watch again and am considering getting the sequel games for Christmas, as well as a 3DS XL (I don’t have to worry about eye fatigue anymore cus I'm a teenager now wooo)
