If you reference back to ch 12 you learn that a cat named yarrowfur disobeyed starclan and so they ended up in the dark forest. I have a theory that yarrowfur saw something that starclan didn't want them to so yarrowfur lost faith in starclan and disobeyed them. The song is literally called hush so idk.
