TransmitterA or A_13 is a floating diamond shaped object that can be found in various physics games, prominently SimplePlanes. When it is present, signs will appear. First, the entire game will appear very contrasted and dark, and UI elements will cease the ability to be deployed. It also will float until on screen, and when it is on screen, it will cause the game to suddenly become very bright and VERY laggy for a few seconds until it crashes the game. When it crashes the game, a loud high pitched sound will play for 2 minutes, and the computer screen freezes with the sound playing. Victims have reported emails, texts, and calls from a unknown number after an encounter, at times where they’d be asleep already.
