Chapter 1: Introduction. Callie was walking through the snow, back to the Worker Drones base after a long day. She was tired, and she also wanted to check on Uzi, considering that she was now the Solver host. And plus, it wouldn’t hurt for Uzi to learn how to use her Solver a bit more. Callie’s parents, like Uzi’s mother, Nori, had come from Cabin Fever Labs, so Callie unfortunately had the Solver, and one way harder to control. She had managed to use it skillfully though, thanks to a bit of teaching by Doll, before she had d!ed. Both Callie’s and Doll’s parents had been k!lled by Murder Drones, so it had been a quick bond. So, now, the student had become the teacher. At least to Uzi. Callie opened the door easily, having borrowed the master key card from Uzi. Callie stopped by her room, and looked into her mirror. Unfortunately for her, the mirror broke, the Solver symbol appearing on the left side of her visor as her now one visible teal blue eye looked back at her. Yet another reminder that she wasn’t free from it. Callie kicked the mirror in frustration. “Leave me alone for once!” She yelled angrily. Callie took a deep breath, and headed for Uzi’s room. A minute later, she was standing outside of the door. There was a handmade note taped to it that read, “Don’t enter! And bite me!” Typical Uzi. Regardless, Callie knocked on the door, it opening a minute later, to show Uzi, looking annoyed. Her expression went to a small grin upon seeing Callie however. “There you are, Callie, Cyn’s annoying the hell out of me.” “Giggle. Am I annoying you, Uzi?” Uzi’s tail spoke with the all too familiar voice of the Solver, it’s glowing yellow eyes looking at Uzi. Uzi simply smacked her tail in response, causing the eye’s yellow color to fade. “See?” Uzi asked, as she looked at her tail. “Of course she left.” She muttered angrily, as Callie asked, “Well, are you ready for the next part?” Uzi rolled her eyes. “Bite me.” “I’ll take that as a yes.” END OF CHAPTER Whew!
