Ok so dumb thought I've had for a while: When your hosting an event, put yourself in the shoes of your contestants or the participates. Do what's fair and just for them. ex: your description is a little messy, try to fix it up for the participants understanding. ex: your prizes aren't matched up to the contestant's effort, try to bump it up a bit, they deserve that for participating. ^^' I'm not being critical, I just see that a lot.
