I think you know how to start this clock (and to change the hour mode).
Analogue clocks with Roman Numerals are very common, but digital/flip clocks with Roman Numerals are very rare! So this clock is of my own design. The Romans didn't have a number for 0, so if a panel is empty, it equals zero. And as long as you know that 50 is the real loser in the Roman Numeral world, you'll be fine with the tens of minutes panels. After all, it would be very inconvenient if you always had to leave huge gaps when crafting a Roman Numeral flip clock!
