This is a simulation of the mini-pendulum described by pannenkoek2012 on his video about crashing the n64 using a pendulum in sm64. It mimics waiting for the pendulum to naturally enter "phase 2" and then "rng manipulating" to stay in phase 2. Phase 3 is not simulated.
