The meter at the top is your Venom Meter. Getting hit will increase it, and will passively increase during Phase 2. Higher amounts of Venom increases a Tier, making you weaker and more vulnerable. It also does minor damage over time. The effects cap out at 1,000. To see the effects of Venom, a comment can be found inside the 'Endoxsin' sprite; code that affects your firepower does not exist, that's something for YOU to manage. At higher tiers, it will make you vulnerable to Puppeteering, a move that Endoxsin can use to give it a chance to immediately knock you out, instantly winning it the match. It's unlikely unless your Venom is capped. If your character's main element is based on fire, the Venom you receive is decreased, and Puppeteer vulnerability is halved. (I really need to remember Endoxsin's pronouns I assigned to him are it/its, not he/him.) Endoxsin has a 10% chance to 'wth' when you click the green flag. What were you expecting?
